Manufacturing Process
Electric Resistance Welded pipes are manufactured from steel
strip in coil form. After being uncoiled, the flat strip passes
through a series of forming rolls that gradually shape it into
a round pipe. The pipe is then welded using a high-frequency
welding system before passing through sizing and shaping rolls
to achieve the required dimensions.
